Next we considered exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
